Born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, Trey has always called the Ozarks "home". His parents are Rev. Bill and Susan Weaver. Trey grew up near Beaver Lake, and enjoyed boating, fishing, and playing golf with his family and friends. He graduated from Rogers High School in 1997. He was School President and District Vice President of F.B.L.A., held every office in his local 4-H Club, held every office in Teen Leaders, was a part of Student Council, Teen Court, and Media Club. You can read some of his published poems in "Anthology of Young Americans Poetry". In 1996, he was selected to be the United States Junior Ambassador to the United Kingdom . He spent several weeks traveling across Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales.
In 1998, Trey enrolled as a Bachelors of Science student at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He studied Early Childhood Development, Elementary Education, and History. He participated in college as a cheerleader and student government. During the summer of 1999, Trey toured Albania, Kosovo, and Hungry. He did missions work, and served as a rescue volunteer in relief camps set up across the three countries for the thousands of war refugees. After finishing his clinicals, he returned home to Rogers. However, instead of pursuing a career in education, Trey made a decision to pursue a career in real estate since it had always been a passion; like many of his family members in the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. One particular family member was an agent for Wal-Mart in the early years, and was instrumental in the expansion of the company when they first started building stores throughout south-Arkansas and then throughout the state of Florida. Another family member was a builder and agent in Bentonville during the 1980's. And another, owned and brokered a large real estate firm here in Benton County, and was an original developing partner of the popular Holiday Island, Arkansas resort-town.
Real Estate:
In April of 2002, Trey began his Real Estate career. Working for the 4th largest real estate firm in Arkansas, he quickly grabbed a hold of his new career, and became a Top Producer within his first year. By his third year in the industry, not only was Trey the youngest company Vice President to date, but he was also an Executive Broker. He has maintained his reputation as a Top Producer every year, and has won many awards and recognitions; including the "Awards for Excellence" many times over, and a "Million Dollar Producer" every year since he was first licensed. In 2005, Trey opened Metropolitan Real Estate; he has grown the company and he is now licensed in Missouri and Oklahoma. He continues to be a "Top Producer" annually. Trey also serves as a Board of Director for the Board of Real Estate in Arkansas.
His wife, Amanda, is an incredible woman. She is a licensed Psycho-Therapist, and not only does she work full-time serving her patients and their needs, but she also works at Metropolitan Real Estate as the office administrator, part-time. Amanda is also a licensed Elementary School Teacher. Together they have a beautiful eleven year old daughter, Madeline Lady-Camin Weaver, and a wonderful nine year old son, Jet W.H. Billings Weaver, and a precious two year old daughter, "Peach" Carsyn-Cate Weaver, born in 2015.
Trey's family members, both the Weaver and Clark sides, can trace their NWArk roots back to the early 1800's. Trey is the 8th generation Weaver born here in Northwest Arkansas. Over the years, Trey's grandfather Bob Clark, has served in numerous Benton County elected seats. Other family members are Preachers, Lawyers, Realtors, and Entrepreneurs, throughout the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri area; many hold current elected seats throughout Benton County and in the State of Arkansas.
