You just received a green envelope containing your foreclosure notice, what should you do next?  Chances are, your home has already been foreclosed and the bank that now owns your home will be moving swiftly to evict anyone who might still be staying in the home or at the property.

The bank that now owns the property is looking to list the property within the coming weeks and will work quickly to vacate the real property, of any and all humans, pets, and all personal property; furthermore, the bank will prepare the subject real estate for liquidation in a timely manner.

Here's what you should know:

1) You always have the right to an attorney, but be aware that its likely a "Forced Eviction" has already been ordered against you, so time is of the essance. (Forced Evictions are conducted by the Sherrifs Office, in conjunction with our real estate office, but ordered by the Attorney that represents the bank that now owns the property.)

2) You need to make immediate contact via email with our office, by emailing our Broker, Trey Weaver, at tweaver@metrorealestate.biz  (VERY IMPORTANT)

3) Once we've received your email, we will then facilitate the terms of your "Move Out Plan" and at this time, we will also make you aware of any "Relocation Assistance" that might be available to you (if any, often there is no Relocation Assistance available).

4) If there's no Relocation Assistance available to you, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU BE IN THE PROCESS OF PACKING AND PREPARING TO MOVE.

5) If Relocation Assistance is offered, we will let you know the terms of your "Move Out CFK" in the coming days, via email.

6) Once you've learned the terms of your Move Out CFK, its very important that you follow those terms strictly - if you are late moving out, your Relocation Assistance may be revoked. Also, if you do not clean the property and so much as a toothpick is left behind, again, your Relocation Assistance may be revoked.
