Agent: Any person who has been licensed and practicing for less than 2 years (with any firm) will make 100% of their commission check. The client will be charged a $250 Broker Service Fee that will be deducted from the agents commission check if the client does not pay the fee. If the sales price is $200,000 or over, the Broker Service Fee does not apply and the office will be paid 20% and the agent will be paid 80% of the commission check.

Senior Associate Agent: Any person who has been licensed and practicing between 2 to 4 years (with any firm) will make 100% of their commission check. The client will be charged a $250 Broker Service Fee that will be deducted from the agents commission check if the client does not pay the fee. If the sales price is $200,000 or over, the Broker Service Fee does not apply and the office will be paid 20% and the agent will be paid 80% of the commission check.

Vice President: Any person who has been licensed and practicing between 4 to 6 years (with any firm) will make 100% of their commission check. The client will be charged a $250 Broker Service Fee that will be deducted from the agents commission check if the client does not pay the fee. If the sales price is $225,000 or over, the Broker Service Fee does not apply and the office will be paid 15% and the agent will be paid 85% of the commission check.

Sr. Vice President: Any person who has been licensed and practicing for 5 years or longer, and has sold $5 million or more, (with Metropolitan Real Estate) will make 100% of their commission check. The client will be charged a $250 Broker Service Fee that will be deducted from the agents commission check if the client does not pay the fee. If the sales price is $250,000 or over, the Broker Service Fee does not apply and the office will be paid 15% and the agent will be paid 85% of the commission check.

Sr. VP's are a part of major decision making for the company (i.e. commission splits, office location, advertising, etc.) Sr. VP's get one free box of business cards annually, along with other possible benefits.

***A desk fee does apply if an agent wants a full-time desk space in the office.

The office will charge 15% of the total commission/payment paid to the agent/office. This fee is also applied to RENTAL FEES paid to the company if you find someone a property to lease or if you are the property managment agent in charge of leasing properties.

The entire check shall be paid to the agent.

1)      All outgoing referrals will be charged a   $125 Broker Service Fee.

2)      All incoming referrals will be charged a $200 Broker Service Fee.

The company fee is 1% per represented client. And in addition, the $250 Broker Service Fee is charged to every represented client. The Agent (unlicensed in that state) will be paid the remainder in the form of a referral check. For a better understanding, please refer to the office Policy and Procedures Hand Book.

Possible Fee’s and Expenses:
1)      All Agents and Brokers are responsible for paying $30 annually towards ARA contracts.
2)      Each Licensee will pay their own Local, State, and National Fees.
3)      Agents and Brokers will pay for their own CE Courses. Sometimes the company may decide to   pay for SR. VP’s CE Courses in the State of AR.
4)      All Agents and Brokers will pay their own Annual Renewal Fees to AREC.
5)      All Licensees will pay their own MLS and independent Advertising Fees.
6)      The Transferee pays their own Transfer Fee to AREC.
7)      Agents and Brokers who desire to have a private office space will pay between $75.00 and   $100.00 monthly, and those who want a private desk space in a 4 person office will pay $40.00 a month.
